FLAW2FLAWLESS TERMS OF USE

I am a home organiser to help and support you to make designs about your belongings in your home, I am not here to to make the decisions just to advise, Flaw2Flawless will therefore not be responsible for your decisions or consequences of them. I require all clients to be available for my visit, this will allow flaw2flawless to work with you. I will require 50% of the payment up front before I attend the pre booked session, for cancellation and guarantee policy. A consultation call will be required before booking the session in ! 

 

• Insurance

Flaw2flawless has public liability and professional indemnity insurance, a signature will be required to understand this on arrival, meaning you agree to cover any breakages through your home contents insurance. 

 

• Safety and Care

 

 You will have a duty of care to make sure your premises is safe to work in, and agree to disclose as soon as possible of any circumstance that will put flaw2flawless at risk. As well as one person will always know the location of the premises that flaw2flawless will be working at and session timings for safety reasons. 

 

• Travel 

 

Flaw2flawless is happy to travel up to 1 hour and 30 minuets, anything over that will cost an extra £20 each visit in travel. Parking must be available, if Flaw2flawless have to pay for parking it will be added towards your invoice. 

 

• Cancellations 

 

Cancellations received less that 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the pre-booked session price. Please give as much notice as possible to avoid this ! If you want to re-book in the next two months of booking your original session the charge will be put back into the session. Thank you
